Comparing secondary antibodies for sandwich formation on Streptavidin biosensors. Capture antibody used was biotinylated Mouse monoclonal anti-IL-5. Rat anti-IL-5 MAb and Goat anti-IL-5 PAb were tested for sandwich forming ability to IL-5 antigen. Rat MAb formed a sandwich while Goat PAb did not.
